Hillsborough River Paddle Trip Aug 2022

The Myakka River Paddle Trip 2022 was was nice to be on the water. The water level was high, and with the high water the alligators get up into the woods and you don’t see as many on the water.  A few did show up while we were having lunch but they keep their distance.  There was a large amount of water plants floating in the river blocking the river so we didn’t have lunch at our normal location. We did get to see some Anhinga, heron’s, Cormorants,  Egret, and we even seen deer but that was after the paddle. Thanks for everyone for coming out see you next trip.
