Every Day is a Demo Day at Osprey Bay.
Try before you buy – If you can't make it to the Free Monthly Demo Day, we can make every day is a demo day at Osprey Bay Outdoors. We know the best way to decide which kayak or SUP is right for you is to try them, which is why we offer the ability to demo any day of the week. Our terrific staff can assist you with an on-water demo prior to your kayak or SUP purchase.
DEMO APPOINTMENTS
If you are interested in doing a demo, please call (727)524-9670 to book an appointment. This helps us plan for staffing and make sure we have a dedicated person to help you find the perfect boat or board for you!
We have kayaks from Eddyline, Native Watercraft, Hurricane, Old Town Kayak, Ocean Kayak, & Liquid Logic.

We can take up to 2 kayaks of your choosing down to the lake for a trial. Demo’s are to stay in view of the put in and last about 15 – 20 minutes. We provide all necessary equipment, including a paddle & PFD. If you have your own gear we highly recommend bringing it so that you can get a feel for it with the boat/board.
DEMO FEES
$50 For Pedal Kayak
$40 for kayaks or SUP
This demo fee will be applied to the purchase of any in-stock or special order kayak/SUP and is non-refundable.
Get Out and Go Paddling
$50 For Pedal Drive Kayak
$40 for a Recreational Kayak or SUP
Private Demo of up to 2 Kayaks.
The demo’s are at Cliff Stephens Park.

You will find us on the South side of the lake. If you get to the frisbee golf course which is on the north side of the lake you’ve gone to far.
We have a selection of kayaks from Eddyline, Old Town, Ocean Kayak, Hurricane, Native Watercraft, and Liquid Logic.

If you are stopping by the shop it may be possible to take you at that time. However, we may not have staffing available to leave the shop.
