At Osprey Bay Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
After 14 days and up to 30 days, store credit will be issued.
Custom orders may not be returned unless defective.
Boats and vehicle racks or accessories that have been installed are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials, including instruction manuals, tags, inserts, and warranty cards (not filled out).
Blister-packed or sealed items can only be returned if unopened.
Products must include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at 727-524-9670 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once approved, you can ship the product back or bring it to our retail store.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after receipt of the return.
