Full Swing Bike Rack
The Yakima FullSwing carries four bikes and swings a full 90 degrees out of the way with them still loaded — which on a wagon, an SUV or a van is the difference between a rack you use and a rack you take off every time you need the boot.
Hanging, Not Platform
The bikes hang by their top tubes from the mast rather than sitting on trays. That keeps the rack lighter and cheaper for four bikes than any platform rack, at the cost of the frames touching the cradles.
One Thing to Check First
Step-through frames, BMX bikes and some full-suspension bikes have no straight top tube to hang from. Those need Yakima's TubeTop adapter, sold separately. It is worth sorting out before you get to the trailhead, not after.
