Locknload HD Mount

The heavy-duty version of YakAttack's quick-release base. The LockNLoad HD mount is a base only — it is what your rod holder or accessory locks into, not the accessory itself.

The LockNLoad HD Mount Uses Two Bolts

That is the whole difference from the standard LockNLoad.

The standard base uses one MightyBolt in the track. The HD uses two, on a longer body — so the load is spread across two points and the base cannot rotate or work loose under a hard pull.

That matters when you are trolling for something big, or running a heavy accessory that levers on the base every time the boat moves.

The LockNLoad HD Mount Needs 8 Inches of Track

Measure before you buy. The HD requires at least 8 inches of continuous track to take both bolts.

Plenty of factory track runs are shorter than that, especially the short sections moulded beside a seat. If yours is short, the standard LockNLoad is the one that will fit.

Dimensions are 4.25" wide x 8.50" high x 2.25" deep.

Or Bolt It Straight Down

You are not limited to track. Pull the MightyBolts out and the HD mount can be deck mounted with screws — and it can go in crossways, which lets it reuse old deck-mount holes from a previous fitting.

On a boat with no track at all, that is a tidy way to add a quick-release point without adding a rail first.

YakAttack MightyMount and GearTrac, plus most track from Scotty, RAM and YakGear. FeelFree, 3 Waters and Jonny Boats need a separate adapter — ask and we will get one.
