What it is

Get ready to go fishing.

A kayak fishing charter is the fastest way to learn to fish from a kayak — and have fun doing it. You’ll paddle into the skinny, productive water that boats can’t reach, work the mangrove edges and grass flats for snook, redfish, and trout, and learn to read the tide as you go. New to kayak fishing or just new to Tampa Bay, in a single trip you’ll learn more than several solo outings of trial and error. Everything is provided — you just need a fishing license and a willingness to get a little wet.

Licensing, payment & cancellations

You need a fishing license

Florida requires a saltwater recreational fishing license for all anglers 16 and older, and it must be in hand before the charter begins. It takes about five minutes to buy online and is valid immediately. Buy your license at myfwc.com

Payment reserves your trip

Payment is due when you reserve. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A 3% service fee applies to online bookings.

Cancellations & weather

Cancellations made after the reservation deadline, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If we have to cancel for weather, you can reschedule for another day at no charge — safety on the water comes first.
