Seal Max Scupper Plug
A pair of super seal scupper plugs — the stoppers that block the drain holes through a sit-on-top deck when you would rather stay dry.
When You Want Super Seal Scupper Plugs In
A scupper hole drains water off the deck, which is what you want when waves are coming aboard. But on flat, calm water with a load in the boat, those same holes let water up through the deck, and you paddle with wet feet and a wet seat for no benefit at all.
Plugging them on a calm day is the single cheapest comfort upgrade on a sit-on-top. Pull them when conditions get lumpy, or whenever you might genuinely take water over the deck and want it to drain away.
The Super Seal Scupper Plugs Multi-Rib Seal
These use a multi-rib high-pressure seal rather than a single flange. Several ribs in series each take a share of the pressure, which is why they hold against a loaded boat sitting low rather than popping out.
The profile is low, so a plug does not stand proud in a footwell where you would stand on it, and there is an easy-pull handle — worth more than it sounds when you want to pull plugs quickly with cold wet fingers, or in a hurry.
They are sold as a pair, with no tether.
One Important Fitment Note
These do not fit the Manta Ray 11, 12 or 14. Those hulls use a different scupper. If that is your boat, tell us and we will find the right plug rather than sell you something that will not seat.
A Safety Habit
Plugged scuppers mean water on the deck stays on the deck. If conditions change — wind gets up, a wake comes through, you take a wave — pull them. A boat that cannot drain is a boat carrying weight it did not plan on.
