Tote Dry Bag Cooler
A cooler that is also a genuine dry bag. The dry bag cooler uses a roll-top closure with side-release buckles rather than a zip, which means it really does seal.
Why a Dry Bag Cooler Roll-Top Matters
Most soft coolers close with a zip, and a zip is not a seal. Put one in a tankwell that takes a wave and you get water in with your lunch.
This one rolls down and buckles, the same way a dry bag does. Roll it at least three times before you clip it and it is waterproof β which also means it works in reverse, as a dry bag for wet gear on the way home.
Built from 250D tarpaulin PVC, which wipes clean and does not absorb.
Dry Bag Cooler Capacity
6 litres β about 9 cans or 6 bottles, plus ice.
That is a personal-sized cooler, not a party cooler. For a day on the water for one or two people it is right; for a group, look at the bigger totes.
About the Ice Claim
Geckobrands publish "12+ hours", and they hedge it themselves β it varies with how much ice you put in, how often you open it, and how hot the day is.
We will print their figure and their hedge and nothing more. You will see wilder numbers attached to soft coolers all over the internet; this is what the maker actually stands behind.
Two things genuinely extend it: pre-chill the cooler before you load it, and fill the air space. A half-empty cooler is mostly warm air, and warm air melts ice.
A Note on Our Price
Geckobrands' current retail on this is meaningfully above what we are charging. We are not going to pretend that is a deliberate promotion β it looks like our price is running off an older cost.
We are telling you because you benefit from it today, and because it may not last. If you want one, now is a sensible time.
