The Bixpy K-1 outboard kit puts a small electric jet motor on your kayak, paddleboard or small inflatable. The motor is about the size of a water bottle, and it turns a long paddle back into a short one when the wind comes up or the tide turns against you.
What It Does
The K-1 makes 33 lb of thrust from a 450W motor, with 13 forward speeds and 3 in reverse, set from a wireless wrist remote. At full power it runs about 80 minutes; at slower speeds it will go up to 12 hours.

The Mount Is Sold Separately
This kit is the motor and the battery. How it attaches to your boat depends on the boat: most kayaks use the Bixpy universal rudder adapter, which needs a 10 mm rudder pin holder, and boats without one need a gudgeon as well. Steering, by hand or foot pedal, is another piece again.
