The Aqua Bound Tetra Versa-Lok is a premium, low-angle touring paddle from Aqua Bound's Ultralight line, weighing just 22 oz. It's aimed at experienced distance paddlers, and Aqua Bound also points it at intermediate paddlers and anyone with shoulder or wrist concerns.

Carbon Blades That Float

Each blade is spread-tow woven carbon with aramid around a full foam core, so the paddle floats. Aqua Bound's Lam-Lok edge guard stitches about 33 feet of aramid around the blade edges, and each blade is made as one piece with its half of the shaft, so there's no blade-to-shaft joint. The blade measures 6.6 x 18 in (98 sq in).

The Aqua Bound Tetra Versa-Lok Ferrule

The Versa-Lok ferrule clamps with a lever, so you can set any feather angle and adjust the length within a 10 cm range, even on the water. It's made of nylon-reinforced plastic and stainless steel, and it's a good fit if you paddle more than one boat or share a paddle with people of different heights.
