The Grip Is What You Notice

Accent's Advantage Grip is a soft rubber section where your hands sit, and it damps the buzz that comes up a stiff shaft every time the blade enters. Over a few hours that is the difference between hands that ache and hands that don't — and on a paddle at this price it is an unusual thing to find.

What It Is Not

Worth saying plainly so nobody is disappointed: this one has no hook retrieval notch and no tape measure on the shaft. If those are what you want from a fishing paddle, you want a Bending Branches Angler instead, and we stock those too.

We have it in 240, 250 and 260 cm. A wide sit-on-top with a high seat usually wants the 250 or the 260 — bring the boat by our Clearwater shop and we will check it against the hull rather than guess.
