Evo Fixed Point

The Thule Evo Fixpoint is the foot pack for a car that already has proper mounting points built in — factory fixed points, a T-profile, or points fitted for a rack. Those are the strongest attachment a roof has, and this is the foot that uses them.

Fixed Points Beat Clamping

A clamp-on foot grips the door frame and does it well, but a fixed point is a threaded mount the manufacturer engineered into the roof structure. If your car has them, use them: the rack is more secure, it sits lower, and nothing is pressing on the door seal.
