Paddling the Liquid Logic Saluda 11 in Clearwater
Stop by our Clearwater shop at 160 N. Belcher Rd to sit in the Liquid Logic Saluda 11, lift it and compare it with the other kayaks we carry — call first and we'll confirm it's on the floor. Osprey Bay Outdoors has been fitting paddlers to boats in Clearwater since 1998 — the right kayak depends on where you paddle, how you get it home and who is paddling it, and we'd rather talk that through than sell you the wrong one.
On paper it is 11' long and 43 lbs, with a 315 lbs weight capacity. Weight matters more than most people expect — it decides whether you can load it on your own after a morning on the water. Around Clearwater and Tampa Bay that usually means calm bays, mangrove creeks and the Gulf shoreline. Ask us which launches suit it best.
Not sure? Try it first. Our Demo Days are free, and a private paddling demo lets you take it out with one of our staff. We also fit roof racks, rig and repair kayaks, and can help you work out how to carry it.

Questions we get about this kayak
Can I try the Liquid Logic Saluda 11 before I buy it?
Yes. We hold free Demo Days where you can paddle the boats we carry, and you can book a private demo if you would rather go at your own pace. See the dates on our Demo Day page, or call 727-524-9670.
How heavy is the Liquid Logic Saluda 11, and how much can it hold?
It weighs 43 lbs. The listed weight capacity is 315 lbs. Add your gear — and a dog, if you paddle with one — to the paddler's weight when you check the capacity.
Will the Liquid Logic Saluda 11 fit on my car?
Most kayaks this size travel on a roof rack with cradles or saddles. Our Rack Fit Guide looks up the right rack for your vehicle, and we install racks at the shop — bring the car and we'll sort it out.
Is the Liquid Logic Saluda 11 in stock?
Stock changes as boats sell, and colors vary. Use the Reserve button on this page or call 727-524-9670 and we'll confirm what's on the floor and set it aside for you. Reserving is not a purchase — you pay when you pick it up.
Do you ship kayaks?
Boats ship only by arrangement. Most customers pick up at our Clearwater shop, and we'll help you load it.
Can you rig, repair or service it after I buy?
Yes. We do hull repairs, rigging and custom lighting, and we service the brands we sell, so the shop that fits your kayak is the same one that looks after it.
Where is Osprey Bay Outdoors and when are you open?
