4pc Blue LED Light Kit

This is Yak Power's complete 4-piece kit of blue kayak LED lights: two 10-inch strips and two 20-inch strips that mount on the outside of the hull. Yak Power suggests blue when you want to protect your night vision and aren't trying to draw in bait.

What's in the Box

• 2 x 10-inch and 2 x 20-inch LED strips

• 4 through-hull fittings and 4 mounting screws

• Dielectric grease and an 8 mm Allen wrench

• 2 SAE 1-to-2 splitters

Installing Blue Kayak LED Lights

Each strip plugs into a self-sealing stainless through-hull connector set in a 1/2-inch hole, with SAE plug-and-play wiring and no splicing. Yak Power recommends mounting them about an inch above the waterline, where you can't see them from the seat, with 1.75 inches of clearance inside the hull. They run on 12 volts: 0.3 amps per 10-inch strip and 0.55 amps per 20-inch strip.

Power cables are sold separately (YP-BTP12 or YP-BTP96), and you can add Yak Power's switch or switching system to control them.
