Rapid Traverse Foot Pack Tower

The Thule Rapid Traverse is the foot pack for a car with nothing on the roof at all: no rails, no fixed points, no factory track. It clamps to the door frame, so you can put a proper rack on a plain roof.

It Tells You When It Is Tight

The part people get wrong on a clamp-on rack is torque — too loose is dangerous, too tight dents the door frame. The built-in AcuTight tensioning tool clicks over when the foot is properly tightened, so you are not guessing with a wrench.
